12-14 Ramsgate Avenue, Botany

A complex newbuild of 34 boarding rooms with individual kitchenettes, bathrooms and laundries. The site required multi access entries with 16 parking spaces. The site specific constraints required significant planning and consultation with council. FMR undertook this project as a D&C project as the builder for Gates Estate. The project was completed 2 months ahead of program due to efficiencies created in the design and building phases.
