Having strategically selected this area for its growth and potential, FMR worked closely with local QLD-based contractors on the design and build. The industrial units include state-of-the-art finishes with the convenience and longevity of the occupants in mind. Taking approximately eight months in construction to complete, the project was our first in the Sunshine Coast, with more of its kind in the pipeline.
